With Social Distancing Mandates in Full Effect, Investors from Throughout California and the Nation, Will Attend Realty411’s First Live Expo in Santa Barbara this Fall.
Realty411.com, a Santa Barbara County-based publishing company leading the REI industry since 2007, will be the first in the California real estate networking community to host a complimentary expo on August 15th, 2020.
Despite social-distancing rules in full effect in the Golden State, the investment publication based in Solvang, Calif., known as the “Danish Capital of America”, is leaning forward and hosting their first in-person “social distancing” expo in Santa Barbara County this Fall.
Realty411’s first special “post-quarantine” event will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Santa Barbara, located in Goleta. The hotel is located at 401 Storke Road, Goleta, CA, 93117. The expo begins promptly at 9 am with a networking coffee and breakfast mixer, followed by a variety of speakers educating on a variety of topics. Local and national businesses will be showcasing their services at the vendor hall.

Yes, masks will be on… at least in the lobby area. Inside the education room, masks will be optional; however, it is recommended that masks and gloves be kept on, in observance of top safety measures.
Some safety measures observed at the event, include:
- Guests to wear masks in the lobby; masks are optional inside the education room, but are strongly recommended.
- Hosts will have sanitation supplies prominently available at the expo.
- Social distance mandates will be in full effect with spacing requirements observed before, during and after this “unique” expo.
- Disposable gloves will be available at the registration table.
- Plastic cups, plates and silverware will be made available with food.
- Expo will be Live Streamed via Zoom, as well as video-taped for a release on YouTube after, expected views to be in the thousands.
- Video of this expo will be available to all readers later this year.
